REPAIR PRINTER CANON IP 2700

Purpose           : To help technician repair printer work well.

Scope              : This procedure is only performed on canon printer repair process.

Keywords        : Printer canon ip 2700, catridge, and ink.

Instructions    : Striped prints how to resolve :

1.      Try to check the print head catridge with rubbing on the tissue,whether there is ink on paper towels and no ink or not but it certainly uneven print his head dirty and need cleaning.

2.      To clean the print head,use a special nozzle head dropped into the print head and let sit for about a minute and wipe again with a tissue.

3.      Then do the vacuuming ink through the print head using the refill clip,pull or suck the ink without needle about 5-10 mL. Repeat this step if the ink is not interested in syringes ink.

4.      Try using a tissue wipe the catridge again,if the results returned the tissue already uneven then this method has succeeded in overcoming the problem.

5.      But if the four steps doesn’t work,make sure the ink catridge has been filled.

6.      And trying to do step four above. In this step should have been his ink if not fix the problem try to soak the catridge by using a special fluid nozzle for several hours.

7.      After six steps performed repeat steps until the result of his four evenly on the tissue.

8.      Reinsert the catridge in this it’s holder.

9.      Cleaning done 2-3 times.

10.  And the last head cleaning once did after that check to printing while the print is no longer the steps striped above steps successfully.

Monitoring   : Supervisors must fully understand the procedures set forth by the company or factory with procedures that have been implemented with the notes made.

Verification and record keeping :

ü  Technicians record the time,day,date,the tools used and the corrective action taken.

ü  Recordings that have been made shouid be stored no longer than 1 year.
